When can I expect my order?

We do our utmost to deliver your order within our standard delivery period.

You will receive your shipping confirmation and a track and trace code by email as soon as we have transferred your order to the delivery carrier. Once your order is shipped, you can follow your order by using the provided tracking link.

My package has not been delivered. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, it is possible that your order is delayed. Therefore, we advise you to check the track &  trace code first. This code indicates at what time the order will be delivered. We would like to ask you to take into account that it can take up to 48 hours, after receiving the track & trace code, before this code can be traced. 

If the track & trace code still does not work before the estimated day of delivery, please contact our Customer Support Team. They will do their best to help you.
